Are there any transaction fees?
No. PodiumKit takes zero transaction fees. Stripe charges their standard processing fee (1.4% + 20p for UK cards) which goes directly to Stripe — not to us.
What's the setup fee for?
The setup fee covers your initial brand configuration, domain setup, Supabase database provisioning, Stripe account connection, and white-glove onboarding. It's a one-time cost.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
Give us 30 days notice. We'll export all your data — member records, booking history, payment records — and hand it to you. No lock-in.
Do my members know about PodiumKit?
No. Members see your brand — your app name, your colours, your domain. PodiumKit is completely invisible to end users.
What about the 90% gross margin claim?
Our infrastructure cost per client is approximately £37/month (Supabase Pro £20, Netlify ~£10, Resend ~£1, domain ~£1, monitoring ~£5). At £299/month Starter pricing, that's 87.6% gross margin. At Growth (£399), it's 90.7%.
